Corporate/Private Events Packages
PACKAGE #1: Groove Authority 4-piece band

Wedding entertainment consulting & planning, logistics
A day-of stage manager/Music director/Band leader
A dedicated sound engineer ensures a smooth, balanced sound experience, seamless music transitions during band breaks, and custom playlists upon request. We take one 15-minute break during the dance sets and a short break for vendor meals, typically during the couple's dinner. During these times, we provide continuous music at no extra charge.
A full professional PA (sound system) for reception
Chauvet LED top-of-the-line stage & dance floor lighting
Wireless microphones available for speeches during the 4-hour reception
Emceeing your reception, which includes introducing the couple, making any requested
shoutouts, calling people to the stage, and handing out microphones for toasts, etc.
Band will learn up to 3 songs outside of their list
The Artist (Groove Authority owner Serge Ioannisyan) will provide email correspondence/phone calls regarding the booking, additional services, and any other administrative questions.
A Day of Band Leader/Music Director will provide email correspondence to help with planning, including song selections, special requests, 1st dance, parents’ dances, and a worksheet. One phone call (one - three weeks prior to the event) to go over the day-of logistics and timeline.
